Aldie Mill Show

Thank you to everyone that came to the drawing demo this past Sunday. I will be back at the Aldie Mill show on Sunday September 28th, which is the last day of the show, for another drawing demo. I hope to see everyone again.

I am currently finishing up the painting of the nuthatch on a plow today and it should be ready for it's posting either tomorrow or Friday.

Dam Painting update

Work in progress... A quick update on the "Dam Painting."  I have finished drawing in the under drawing and believe that it is now ready to have some color added to it! Although I more than likely will not do that for a couple of more weeks, after school starts back in so that I can have larger blocks of time to paint. Until then you can see the finished under drawing below and I will get to work on the next under drawing for another painting, this one is of a beautiful roof line from Charleston , South Carolina.

RAS drawing nears completion

The RAS drawing draws near to completion. It will be wrapped up by Tuesday and I will post the finished drawing along with its title on Wednesday, October 31. I have gotten some good suggestions so far for the title, but keep them coming. Title suggestions so far: "Morning Coffee" "Coffee Break" "I Asked for Tea!"
